| Kidnapping/Gang Rape Suspect Captured |

| On June 5, Burke County Sheriff's deputies
arrested a man wanted in connection with a kidnapping and gang rape which
occurred in St. Paul, Minnesota. |

| Khee Yang, 16, was taken into custody at 3993
Scott Road, Morganton after officers received information as to his whereabouts
from the Charlotte Mecklenburg Crimes Task Force. |
| |
| Sgt. Craig Treadway and Deputy Robbie Powell
searched the Scott Road residence and arrested Yang after finding him hiding in
a closet. Yang was taken before a magistrate and is being held at the
Burke/Catawba District Confinement Facility where he is awaiting extradition to
Minnesota. |
