| Officers Find Variety of Drugs in
Arrests |

| The Burke County Narcotics Task Force reportedly
located cocaine, marijuana, LSD and psilocybin mushrooms during a search of a
Morganton residence on February 26th. |

| A search of a residence located at 3632 Ridge
Court #2, Morganton found three adults inside along with one child. Officers
reportedly noticed an odor of marijuana upon their arrival. |

| According to a BCNTF press release, officers
located the drugs on an end table in the living room of the residence. The
drugs were laying next to candy and a pack of animal cookies within reach of
the child. Numerous items of drug paraphernalia was found throughout the
residence, officers reported. |

| Arrested was Stephanie Ann Robinson, 25, who
lives at the residence. She was charged with intent to sell and deliver
cocaine, marijuana, liquid LSD and psilocybin mushrooms. She was placed under a
$25,000 secured bond. |

| Also charged was Russell Carl Cox, 38, of 3632
Ridge Court #5. He was charged with felonious possession of cocaine after
officers reportedly found the drug on his person. He was placed under a
$6,000 secured bond. |

| The child was taken into custody by the
Department of Social Services and later turned over to a relative. |
| |
| Robinson and Cox have a first court appearance
in Burke County District Court on Wednesday, February 28th. |
