Arrested in Stolen Vehicle from Virginia |

| A Burke County deputy responding to a
"suspicious vehicle" call arrested two Virginia men on June 3rd for possessing
a stolen vehicle. |

| Deputy Kaiser Isbell responded to the call in
the parking lot of Morganton First Church of God on Highway 181 in Morganton.
He found a 1994 red Honda occupied by a passenger identified as Andrew Bernerd
Forster, 32, of 3104 Clyde Terrace in Chesterfield Virginia. |

| Isbell learned the vehicle was reported as
stolen from the state of Virginia. As he arrested Forster for possession of the
stolen car, another man identified as Joseph Shawn Christian, 30, of
Richmond, Virginia came out of a wooded area. He was also taken into
custody. |

| Forster and Christian were charged with
felonious possession of stolen goods by Detective Andrea Whalen. They were
placed in the Burke County Jail under a $3,000 secured bond and have a first
court appearance on June 4th. |
