Arrested for Breaking and Entering |
| |
| A Morganton man, featured several months ago as
one of Burke County's "Ten Most
Wanted" prior to his capture in November, is in trouble with the law
again. |
| |
Ricky Nelson Puett (right), 47, of 3005 Perkins Avenue was charged Tuesday
with two counts of breaking and entering and larceny after an
investigation which alleges he burglarized the home of Johnny Ellis
Miller.
Miller, who lives at 1506 Goodman Lake Road, told Detective
Aaron Carver that two outbuildings had been broken into and two shotguns,
valued at $600, had been stolen. |
 |
|
| Puett remains in jail under a $5,000
secured bond after a first court appearance on Thursday. |
