BCNTF Makes Arrests in Two Cases
 
The Burke County Narcotics Task Force and officers with the Burke County Sheriff's Office report the arrest of three individuals in two cases.
 
Ronald Raeford Gantt (right), 44; and Debra Ann Clark (far right), 44, of 3274 North Maple Lane, Icard were both charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana on Monday.
 
The Task Force received information that illegal drugs were being sold from Gantt and Clark's residence. A search of the home was conducted and investigators located marijuana, tylox pills, morphine pills and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Also seized were was an undisclosed amount of currency and electronic surveillance equipment.  
 
Gantt and Clark were arrested last summer during the Task Force's "One-A-Day for 60 Days" drug dealer roundup. They will have a first court appearance Wednesday after being jailed under a $50,000 secured bond. 
 
On Tuesday, officers arrested Michael Greylen Robinson (right), 46, of 835 South Center Street in Hickory after a traffic stop by Deputy Tracy Icard of the Sheriff's Traffic Interdiction Team. 

Icard stopped Robinson's 1986 Nissan on Interstate 40 near Icard
for traffic violations and learned Robinson's license was revoked. A search was conducted on Robinson and his car, and investigators reportedly located twenty rocks of crack cocaine hidden inside his clothing. A sum of currency was also seized. 
 
Robinson was charged with felonious possession of crack cocaine; maintaining a vehicle to keep controlled substances; possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine; and driving while license revoked. He was jailed under a $25,000 bond and has a first court appearance on Wednesday.
