| On Tuesday, members of the Burke County
Narcotics Task Force conducted a search of a residence on Kathy Drive Extension
in Valdese. The search resulted in the confiscation of drugs, paraphernalia,
currency and the arrest of three men. |

| Charged with possession with intent to sell and
deliver marijuana are Joshua Allen Williford, 18; Keith Jason Fleming, 34; and
Mohammad Reze Mehrzadeh, 21. Each of the accused has an address listed as 284
Kathy Drive Extension, Valdese. |

| The seized marijuana was already packaged and
ready to be sold, investigators said. |
| |
| Bond was set for Fleming at $10,000, and a
$5,000 bond was set for Williford and Mehrzadeh. Additional charges may be
forthcoming by the Burke County Grand Jury. |

| The Valdese Police Department assisted the
Narcotics Task Force in this investigation. |
