Authorities Seek Help in Locating Adams |

Burke
investigators are seeking the public's help in locating Ricky Lee Adams (left), 21, of 6536 Globe Road in Lenoir. Detectives
with the Sheriff's Office say Adams knows he is being sought and is currently
on the lam.
Adams is wanted in connection with a breaking and entering
to the home of Christopher Pritchard of 5546 Fish Hatchery Road in Morganton on
June 29th. |

| Two firearms were taken during the break-in,
according to reports. |

| The Burke County Sheriff's Office holds warrants
on Adams for one count of breaking and entering, and two counts of felonious
larceny. Outstanding warrants are also being held by the Caldwell County
Sheriff's Office for unrelated charges. |

| A detective stated investigators believe Adams
is hiding out in western Burke County or in Caldwell County. He requests any
person having information on Adams' whereabouts to contact the detective
division of the Burke County Sheriff's Office at (828) 438-5506. |
