| Three
Charged in Icard Business Break-In |

| Burke County detectives charged three people the
burglary of an Icard business which occurred on August 3rd. |
| |
| Investigators allege Mark Lee Miller, 32, and
Robyn Abernathy Miller, 34, of 103 Hickory Street in Rhodhiss; and Jeffrey
Scott Lunsford, 39, of 3918 Lot #2 East Burke Boulevard in Icard are
responsible for the break-in of Sparta Craft, located at 7690 Sparta Drive in
Icard. |

| The business was burglarized twice during the
same night, detectives said. During the first break-in, the suspects entered
through a back door and broke into two vending machines, taking approximately
$60. The thieves reportedly returned later and stole an assortment of air tools
and cordless drills which were valued at $3,100. |

| The suspects also caused approximately $4,500
damage to a sprinkler system and lost production time, according to
officials. |

| The investigators were able to recover the
majority of the stolen tools during the investigation. |
| |
| The three suspects were arrested on August 22nd.
Each were charged with two counts of felonious breaking, entering and larceny;
two counts felonious possession of stolen property; two counts misdemeanor
breaking and entering of a coin operated machine; and one misdemeanor count of
injury to real property. |

| Bonds of $25,000 were set on each defendant.
Their first court appearance was on August 23rd. |
