A
seventeen-year-old Morganton youth is charged with three separate break-ins
occurring on two separate days.
Authorities allege Joshua Dean Morris
(right), of 314 Randolph Street broke into two
homes in December, 2002, and another almost four months earlier.

Rowe's residence at 1842 Conley Road. Approximately
$400 in merchandise was reported stolen in the December 12th break-in. |

| Also on December 12th, Eric Blankenship of 950
Conley Road reported someone had broken into his home and took an estimated
$4,000 in property. |

| Four months earlier on August 23rd, Aaron
Darveaux reported thieves had broken into his Bedford Avenue home and took two
large speakers valued at $800. |

| An investigation by Burke County Sheriff's
detectives led to Morris being charged with three counts of breaking, entering
and larceny, and three counts of felonious possession of stolen
goods. |

| Morris was placed under a $25,000 secured bond
and placed in the Burke Catawba District Confinement Facility. He will have a
first court appearance on Wednesday. |
