| "Ten Most
Wanted" Member Caught |

One of Burke
County's "Ten Most Wanted" was arrested Thursday, according to a Burke County
Sheriff's Office news release.
James Lee York, Sr. was arrested without
incident at a residence on Will Hudson Road, which is off of Old Highway 18.
York has reportedly been seen earlier in the day driving a blue 1989 Beretta,
which was found by detectives at the residence. |

| York, who was wanted for breaking, entering and
larceny, affray, and failure to appear or comply, was placed under a $2,500
cash bond and will have a first court appearance on September 30th. |
