Force Makes Crack Arrest |

Burke County Narcotics
Task Force investigators charged a woman last week with possession with intent
to sell and deliver crack cocaine, after her vehicle was searched during a
traffic stop.
According to detectives, Charlisa T. Kincaid (right), 35, of 2795 Willow Tree Church Avenue,
Morganton had three bags containing more than 1/2 ounce of crack on her person.
A large amount of currency was also seized, according to reports. |

| Kincaid was also charged with driving while her
license was revoked. The traffic stop took place on September 14th. |

| Kincaid was jailed at the Burke Catawba District
Confinement Facility under a $10,000 secured bond, awaiting a first court
appearance. |
