Task Force Makes Crack Arrest
 
Burke County Narcotics Task Force investigators charged a woman last week with possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine, after her vehicle was searched during a traffic stop.

According to detectives, Charlisa T. Kincaid (right), 35, of  2795 Willow Tree Church Avenue, Morganton had three bags containing more than 1/2 ounce of crack on her person. A large amount of currency was also seized, according to reports.
 
Kincaid was also charged with driving while her license was revoked. The traffic stop took place on September 14th. 
 
Kincaid was jailed at the Burke Catawba District Confinement Facility under a $10,000 secured bond, awaiting a first court appearance.
