| Man Accused of Selling
Prescription Drugs |

The Burke County Narcotics
Task Force arrested Adam McClellan Lail, 23, of 7008 Hildebran Mountain Avenue,
Connelly Springs on drug charges Thursday.
Lail (right) was reportedly operating a truck while his
driver's license was revoked, and was stopped by Task Force officers. He was
taken into custody and the truck was searched, stated a Task Force news
release. |

| Detectives reportedly
located prescription hydrocodone and alprazolam inside the truck. |

| Investigators said that
the investigation determined Lail did not have a prescription for the
medications, and they allege he was selling them illegally. |
| |
| Lail had a first court
appearance in Burke County on Friday and is currently under a $5,000 bond. |
| |
| The Burke County
Sheriff's Office assisted in the case. |
