| Two Caught Breaking Into A
Home |

On November 8, 2006,
two male subjects were arrested immediately after they had broken into a
home near by, according to detectives with the Burke County Sheriff's Office.
Jesse Emmanuel Murphy, 20, (left), and Christopher Lee Carswell, 19,
(below), were charged with felonious breaking and/or entering, felonious
larceny, and felonious possession of stolen goods. |

| The Burke County Sheriff's Office received a call on November 8,
2006 from Icard Elementary School in reference to two suspicious males. The
subjects had parked their vehicle in the parking lot of the school, and walked
into a nearby wooded area. |

| Detective South and
Deputy Jornigan with the Burke County Sheriff's Office responded to the school.
The area around the school was searched by deputies, and South stayed with the
vehicle for the male subjects to return. |

| According to Detective
South, the two males exited the wooded area near the school, South approached
them and discovered they had broken into a home located on Max Smith Avenue.
South advised that all property taken from the residence was recovered and
returned to the owner. |

| Both subjects were
arrested and transported to the Burke County Jail. Both were placed under a
$10,000 secured bond and first court appearance will be November 13, 2006. |
