| Three Arrested for Auto

| On September 3, 2007, at
approximately 11:00 am, Mr. Yang Lor of Airport Rhodhiss Road, reported to the
Burke County Sheriff's Office that someone had stolen his 1995 Acura
Integra. |

| The case was turned over
to the Criminal Investigations Division, and after a three week investigation,
the three subjects named above were arrested in connection with the theft of
Mr. Lor's vehicle. |

| On September 18, 2007,
around 6:00 pm, investigators located the vehicle on Summers Road in Morganton.
The vehicle had been stripped and was being stored in a private garage.
Investigators were able to identify three suspects in the case and warrants
were issued. |

| Mr. Davey Yang was
arrested on September 25, 2007 in connection with the case. He was charged with
one count of larceny of a motor vehicle and one count of possession of stolen
goods. He is being held in the Burke County Jail under a $20,000 secured bond.
First court appearance is set for September 26, 2007. |

| Mr. Tony Ly was arrested
at the same time and placed in jail on the same charges in connection with the
case. He is also being held in the Burke County Jail under a $20,000 secured
bond. His first court appearance is September 26, 2007. |

| On September 27, 2007,
at approximately 10:00 am, Mr. Yee Thor was also arrested in connection with
this case. Mr. Yang is being held in the Burke County Jail under a $10,000
secured bond. First court appearance is set for September 28, 2007. |

| This case is still under
investigation and additional suspects could be arrested. |
