Made in Pharmacy Break-In |

Christopher James Woodard, 28, of 4862 John Berry Road,
Valdese, NC was arrested on April 30, 2009 for felonious breaking and or
entering.
These charges stem from a break-in that occurred at CVS
Pharmacy, located at 200 Highway 70 A in Hildebran, NC. |

| On April 16,
2009 at approximately 5:30 am, deputies responded to an alarm call at the CVS
Pharmacy in Hildebran. Upon their arrival, it was discovered that the front
door of the business had been broken with a rock. The report was turned over to
the detective division for further investigation. |

| Several
potential leads were followed by investigators, and as a result of these leads
Christopher James Woodard of 4862 John Berry Road, Valdese, NC was
arrested. |

| Mr. Woodard
was placed in the Burke County Jail under a $10,000.00 secured bond. His first
court appearance was May 1, 2009. |
| |
| Mr. Woodard
is still in custody and will be transferred to Mitchell County for similar
charges that are currently pending. |
| |
| The
investigation into the CVS break-in is still on-going, and additional arrests
are possible. |
