Two Suspects Sought in Breaking and
Entering Case |

| James "Scott"
Christenbury, of 7934 Old NC 10 Hickory, NC, and Richard Franklin Crowder, of
719 Maple Ave. NW Valdese, NC, both have outstanding warrants for felony
breaking and entering, felony larceny, and felony possession of stolen
goods. |

| On February
17, 2010, it was reported to the Burke County Sheriff's Office that a residence
located on George Hildebran School Road, near the Catawba County line, was
broken into and electronics removed. The suspects kicked open the front door to
gain entry. |

| The case was
turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division for further investigation.
A witness that was driving by during the time of the incident gave detectives a
detailed description of the suspects and their vehicle. |

| On February
22, 2010, detectives located some of the stolen property in a Hickory, NC pawn
shop. The items were pawned by the above listed suspects. |

| On February
25, 2010, detectives had warrants issued for the arrest of James "Scott"
Christenbury and Richard Franklin Crowder. Detectives also discovered stolen
property in other pawn shops stolen from Caldwell and Catawba counties by these
two subjects. |
