Second Indecent Liberties
Charge on Hartman |
| Russell Junior Hartman, 69, of 109
Laura Lane Morganton, NC, was arrested and charged by the Burke County
Sheriff's Office on Monday, July 26, 2010 for indecent liberties with
child. |

| Hartman has
been charged with indecent liberties with a child after detectives received a
report of an alleged sexual assault on a child by Hartman. |
| |
| Detectives
previously charged Hartman in another case for the same offense. That case has
not been prosecuted in court as of this date. |
| |
| Hartman will
have his first court appearance on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in district court.

| |
| He is
incarcerated at the Burke Catawba Detention Facility under a $100,000.00
secured bond. |
